Mary Burris founded SisAdmin in 2000, and from the beginning, she has emphasized proactive support, creating and implementing a comprehensive work plan for each client, and working with the client to improve their network’s stability and reliability.
To carry out that work, we’ve built a team of skilled, experienced and highly capable engineers to support our clients. Each client has an assigned engineer who learns their system thoroughly. We also cross train all our staff, and maintain clear documentation, so that clients have quality support even if their engineer isn’t available.
We chose this business because we enjoy helping people make the most of their technology. Whether we’re working on workstations, servers, or networks, we believe communication and respect are the keys to effective problem solving and relationship building.
